Who We Are
West Side Custom & Collision is an auto body and custom paint shop with locations in Northport and Guin, Alabama. Text messages you receive under these terms are sent by West Side Custom & Collision.
Text Message Program
By checking the consent box on our estimate form and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from West Side Custom & Collision at that number.
What We Send
- Estimate confirmations and follow-up
- Repair status updates
- Appointment and pickup reminders
- A request to review our work after your repair is complete
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your repair. Most customers receive a small number of messages related to a single job.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can rejoin at any time by asking us or by submitting the form again.

Consent Is Not Required
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You can request an estimate and have your vehicle repaired without opting in to texts.

Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.

Estimates and Repair Work
Estimates provided by phone, text, or through this website are preliminary and based on the information and photos supplied. A final estimate requires an in-person inspection. Hidden damage discovered during disassembly may change the final cost, and we will contact you before proceeding with additional work.
